研究内容

   主要研究哺乳动物及人表观遗传机制。包括CpG岛的预测及DNA甲基化分析RNA的甲基化和乙酰化修饰在胚胎发育和肿瘤发育过程中的作用机制;基于基因编辑技术的超级增强子在胚胎发育和肿瘤发育过程中的作用机制研究


Research Interests

Mainly research the epigenetic mechanism of mammals and humans. Including CpG island prediction and DNA methylation analysis; RNA methylation and acetylation modification in embryonic development and tumor development process; the mechanism of super-enhancer during embryonic development and tumor development based on gene editing technology.
