Study on beer brewing recipe and technology
研究内容
啤酒配方研究：
研究不同种类啤酒的特征，设计配方，并小批量实验，品鉴，配方改进。
啤酒工艺研究：
针对不同啤酒种类配方，设计工艺，工艺小试，并利用工坊设备进行工艺放大。
Research Interests
Beer brewing recipe:
Study on new beer recipe, design recipe, laboratory test of new recipe, taste, and improve recipe.
Beer brewing technology:
Design new technology for different kind of beer, laboratory test and scale-up test of new technology.
